Stellenhof's biggest enterprise at the moment is farming. We grow cash crops and dairy feed. On the left you can see maize in one of its earliest stages.

The soil at Stellenhof is fertile and consists of what is know as "sandy clay". Clay content is between 15 and 25%.

At Stellenhof we have the unique combination between farming and nature.The farm is bordering the Addo Elephant National Park, so when we are busy on the fields we can spot the Elephants and other wildlife in the reserve.
